Spokane Valley, WA – 06/29/2016 – Pocatello Simplot Credit Union has renewed their service agreement with ESP (Enhanced Software Products) for another long term. Client renewals exceeding an industry average of 3 years is exciting, 12 clients have renewed in 2016 and they are renewing at an average of 7 years!

Pocatello Simplot CU is looking to deploy some new solutions that ESP has built, like Digital Documents and E-mail Receipts; while turning up other solutions that work well with FORZA, like DocuSign.

Pocatello Simplot CU is located in Pocatello, Idaho and has been serving employees and family of J.R. Simplot Company since 1955.

ESP is currently providing online banking, paperless receipts, real-time online ATM, audio banking and other services to Pocatello Simplot CU.

Bay Shore CU Launches New Website

Bay Shore CU Launches New Website

Spokane Valley, WA – 06/28/2016 – Bay Shore Credit Union of Marinette, Wisconsin, launched a new website. Their modern, responsive site is built on the WordPress content management system which allows users to easily publish content without programming experience.

This new site replaces one that had been around for many years. The previous site cost them considerable expense in development and also in periodic updates. Their new in-house publishing workflow will give them flexibility to post content on a moment’s notice without the hassle and delay of going through a third party.

President Vicki Carviou launched the site last week and has been satisfied with its ease-of-use:

If we want to make a change, spur of the moment, I can just go into [WordPress] right then and make that change. The old one had been out there so long it needed to be updated and freshened up. Just switching the whole thing up was the right move. – Vicki Carviou

Generally, with the launch of a new website exiting users go through a short learning process to find the content and functionality that existed on the previous site. To her and her team’s credit, she has not received a single call from members about navigation of the new site.

This new site will also give Bay Shore CU more flexibility moving forward. In the future, Vicki will research added functionality for the site including front page sign-in for their online banking platform.

Bay Shore Credit Union was organized in 1953 by employees of the Ansul Chemical Company. After outgrowing several spaces they finally settled on its current location at 1514 Cleveland Avenue in 1989. Currently, Bay Shore CU serves anyone living or working in Marinette and Oconto Wisconsin Counties and Menominee Michigan County.

Website design was done by Enhanced Software Products’ (ESP) chosen web vendor, FDGweb out of Arlington, Washington. bayshorecu.org will be hosted by ESP as a part of its Tech Bundle.

American Lake CU Selects ESP

American Lake CU Selects ESP

Spokane Valley, WA – 06/06/2016 – American Lake Credit Union in Tacoma, WA has selected ESP’s (Enhanced Software Products, Inc.) core processing solution, FORZA3™ as the chosen software solution. The credit union has also chosen a plethora of ESP’s ancillary services to compliment the core.

Approximately 6,500 members use American Lake CU for their banking and financing needs. Its mission is to be a “proactive financial cooperative dedicated to helping members improve their financial status.”

There are currently three locations in the Tacoma area and a fourth is on its way in downtown Lakewood, WA in November. This new location will be within three miles of the majority of its members. Its 4,600 square foot space will house the new administration office and a flagship/prototype retail branch. Their grand opening will go hand-in-hand with their conversion to FORZA3™.

The credit unions will be deploying solutions like Member Imaging, Paperless Receipts, Digital Documents, Home Banking, Mobile Banking and MeridianLinks XpressAccounts and LoansPQ.

Kolin McMann, American Lake CU’s President/CEO, has fourteen years experience in the credit union industry and has worked with six other cores previously. This conversion to FORZA3™ will be his third exposure to the conversion process.
