Lexi Szabo, part-time receptionist, has been been promoted to a full-time Client Services Representative (CSR) here at ESP.
Lexi has worked for ESP since July of 2015 and has become a welcomed voice for clients. She previously worked locally in the healthcare sector.
In her new position as a CSR she is working directly with clients in troubleshooting and education on FORZA core processing software. She also enjoys helping clients refresh their memories on functions of FORZA that they haven’t had an opportunity to use in a few years. Another focus of Lexi’s customer service is integration of third-party applications.
Lexi’s fun, personable demeanor as a frontline receptionist will be missed by many of our current clients. In fact, many of our customers wonder where Lexi has gone after an unfamiliar voice answers the phones at ESP. Rest assured that Lexi still remains a vital part of the ESP team. She’ll be providing you technical assistance as a member of our talented Client Services team.
