Since 2016, Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP) has honored the service of its staff through the annual Employee Recognition Awards. Members of the ESP Team anonymously submit their thoughts on why an individual personally exhibits the principles and values of ESP. These awards are presented during a special recognition dinner.

2022 ESP Employee Recognition Awards

Outside the Box Thinker: Alex Ray

This person "thinks outside the box" when you are in a pickle or simply need a different viewpoint on a project. You may rely on this person for their ability to see a problem and have an uncanny ability to see a different solution. We rely on someone like this for their perspective.

“This person is smart as hell. In the box or out of the box this person will always find a solution to the most complex problems.”

“This person is continually rethinking the way we have "done" things and looking for the forward progress of ESP and the people. I appreciate the attention to research which ends in faster implementations and decisions. I appreciate this person and they are very valuable to us all.”

The Risk Taker: Theresa Noonan

As technology continues to evolve and the need to reach our customers becomes more paramount, we rely on solutions. This person is fearless enough to take themselves, a project, and/or their team in a new direction. We rely on this person for their calculated risk-taking and follow-through on a proposal of a direction. You know if this person is recommending a solution, you feel confident in their work/research leading up to that decision.

“This person is willing to punch to get things done and make things better for ESP and our Clients. They’re willing to take on any project, dissect the process, and make changes to make it better and easier for the next individual to take the a similar project”.

“This person has one thing in mind. Making processes and methods easier for all those around. Every time this person is the lead on a project, I know the process will be better when done. So valuable.”

Calm in the Eye of the Storm: Shelly Rogers

You may view this person as simply being the "glue" that holds a Team together. Work can be hectic and we need people around us that make us feel calm like everything is going to be fine. You should have comfort in knowing this person will bring a positive vibe to an internal or external situation. We rely on this person to bring a hectic environment into perspective.

“This person has a great understanding of the workings of FORZA, and also how Clients interact with it. When something has gone awry and uncertainty on impact is in the air, they can immediately determine what needs to be done. They always provide the Client perspective in the event of a storm and always helps the teams involved get to a conclusion or plan of action. Nice job”.

“We have had some pretty big things happen and when we need this person the most, they guide us through things that should be major crazy and make it seem smooth and calm. They do so much to communicate with all teams and guide everyone effortlessly”.

The Encouraging Word: Matt Lefler

This person recognizes strengths in others and lets them know when they are doing a great job. Building a positive communication structure in the office requires this action, when you think of "encouragement" - you should immediately be thinking of this person. Have you felt like your work with Staff or a Client is going unnoticed? This person recognizes that work and lets you know how they feel. This act of a kind word cannot be underestimated, we should all make a point to be a little more like this person.

“It is hard to write a few sentences about this person. This person does not always have a great day as they are responsible for a lot, however, this person is always complimentary. Over the past year or so it seems to be more directed which is nice because when you hear it means that much more.”

“I think this award is very special and one that has been chosen to be given out because this type of person is somewhat the glue of why people stay at any job. This person, for years, has always been there for encouragement and it is always nice to hear. I appreciate this person very much.”
