Matt Lefler Celebrates 25 Years with ESP
Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP) proudly celebrates Matt Lefler's 25th work Anniversary.
Matt came to ESP 25 years ago with a bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University in Cheney, WA. There, he majored in Graphic Communication with minors in both Manufacturing Processes and Business Administration.
Matt's original position was in Sales, where he worked for ten years. Sales gave him the tools to develop strong professional and personal relationships with clients. Currently, he is Vice President and directly manages the Development and Tech departments.
A passion for serving clients has driven his tenure at ESP. He stated, "Part of the reason I get up in the morning is to help ESP clients." With that mindset, he leads his teams to provide exemplary work. "Our clients exist in a complex ecosystem of technology, third-party vendors, and regulatory requirements; providing solutions to solve these challenges has kept me with ESP and in the credit union movement." Working on behalf of our clients and serving the team at ESP continues to be incredibly rewarding.
ESP President Shaun Murray is proud of what Matt has done over the years. He states, "I have immense joy and gratitude for having had the fortunate opportunity to work alongside Matt for the past 25 years. I vividly remember the day he joined our team, and from that moment, it was clear that he was someone special. Since day one, Matt's unwavering commitment to doing what is right for his team, our clients, and now his staff, has been a beacon of excellence and integrity. His dedication has been instrumental in maintaining the forward momentum of our company."
Matt also takes great pride in ESP being a local company. All aspects of the ESP's operations, including code development, data processing, and customer service, are performed in Spokane Valley, WA, enriching the local economy.
Matt plans to retire from ESP, but the date is up in the air. In the meantime, he is planning on the continued development of FORZA³™ and a multitude of other projects designed to positively impact clients and their members.
