Rob Murray Celebrates 25 Years with ESP
Here at Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP), we believe that our strength lies not just in our innovative software solutions, but also in the incredible individuals who make up our team. This month, we're thrilled to celebrate a truly remarkable milestone: Rob Murray's 25th anniversary with ESP!
Rob came to ESP at age twenty, previously working in various manual labor jobs, including landscaping and loading freight for a beverage distribution company. When he joined ESP, his first position was an assistant in the Printing & Mailing department. He also answered phones and was instrumental in ESP's move to its new location on Hutchinson Road, moving furniture and prepping the new space. He also acted as building maintenance and groundskeeper.
In 2001, Rob took over the operation of Printing & Mailing and ran that department successfully until 2009, when Brandon Frisch took over management. Earlier in 2007, he moved to Accounting, eventually becoming the VP/Controller of ESP.
The reasons Rob has stuck around so long are centered around the family-like environment fostered here. He watched the way ESP worked with its employees and decided that was where he wanted to work long-term, stating "Everybody here feels like family."
As for the future, Rob intends to stick around. He wants to continue to build on the success ESP has seen over the years and extend the opportunity ESP has to offer to many more credit unions.
Rob has been instrumental in ensuring the success of ESP. He has succeeded in many departments, and the current position of VP/Controller is especially demanding on time, planning, and organization- key factors in which he excels for our staff and our clients. We are a team, and with Rob on our team, we all get that much closer to reaching our goals. Thank you for 25 years, and look forward to future successes, both personally and professionally.
