Teri Hilfiker: Leading the Way in Client Excellence

We are thrilled to announce that Teri Hilfiker is stepping into the role of Manager of Client Support. Teri came to ESP with valuable experience within the credit union industry in multiple roles. She has spent the last several years gaining experience with ESP’s systems, including the FORZA³™ core processing platform, and helping clients as a Client Support Representative (CSR).

As Manager, Teri will be the “go-to” for all things Client Support, continuing to streamline the ticket process and assisting CSRs in expediting resolutions. She is committed to fostering a culture of cross-training to strengthen the entire department and continue to enhance the client experience. In the future, she plans on launching an initiative to update and enhance the documentation that is available to clients to make sure they have the most up-to-date information at their fingertips.
