With the outbreak ofCOVID-19 in the headlines, we wanted to inform you that we have a plan in placeto affect a continuation of service if the virus were to land in the Spokanecommunity.
We have invested heavily in online technologies that will enableroughly 90% of our staff to work from home. Those 10% remaining are all from asingular department and have specific contingencies in place to guarantee thatthe service you have come to expect from ESP will continue. You will still beable to communicate with all ESP departments and individual Team Members viaphone, email, and shared desktop.
Although this is new territory for ESP and we cannot predict the future, our promise to you is that we will do what it takes to deliver the products and services your members rely on.
