Why the comeback?
For Shaq, this move was all about passion and purpose. He wanted to get back to a role where he could solve complex problems and genuinely help people. By rejoining our Tech Services team, Shaq is back on the front lines, ensuring that thousands of credit union members have a seamless digital experience.
What he’s tackling
As our resident "Technical Wizard," Shaq will be handling:
- Frontline IT Support - Solving hardware and software hurdles with speed.
- System Setups - Getting clients up and running with new computers and peripherals.
- Expert Troubleshooting - Fielding calls and turning technical headaches into solutions.
