We are proud to announce the promotion of Shelly Rogers to Vice President of Product at Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP). Since joining the organization in 2004, Shelly has demonstrated an exceptional trajectory, rising from Client Support Representative to Conversion Coordinator, and most recently serving as the Manager of Client Support. Her tenure has provided her with an unparalleled mastery of the FORZA³™ core processing platform and a deep, nuanced understanding of the unique needs of our clients.
In her executive role, Shelly will oversee and mentor Teri Hilfiker, the new Manager of Client Support. Together, they will work to optimize ticketing expediency and ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for every client. A primary objective of Shelly’s new leadership is to bridge the gap between user experience and development by effectively integrating client feedback into the evolution of ESP’s functionality and third-party offerings.
Shelly is a recognized expert in capturing the "voice of the client" to drive the continuous progress of FORZA³™. Through the strategic use of concise online questionnaires, she has successfully identified which platform functions are most vital to our partners, consistently achieving high participation rates. Moving forward, she plans to further leverage the ESP Client Advisory Board—a dedicated group of clients who meet to collaborate on the future of ESP products and services—to ensure our roadmap remains aligned with industry demands.
Ultimately, Shelly aims to maintain her dedicated support for the ESP team while fostering a collective drive to deeply understand and prioritize the specific needs of every client.
